Pausing The Moment
March 8th, 2022
In 2013 I drove up to San Francisco to help my nephew look at colleges. We immediately hit up the sites as we had only the weekend to explore and didn't stop until our legs hurt. It wasn't until we made our way back to the hotel that I came across this parking garage and was quickly reminded to slow down.
We often take life for granted figuring we can do whatever we want but that usually comes at a price. Running at full speed may seem like the only way to get to where you're going, but in the long run can actually do more harm than good.
We should all strive to balance what we do now with what we want for our future, because leaning too much in either direction can often lead to regret.
